| `GC-EMER` | No heat, no hot water | The call that gets priority: an engineer diagnoses on site, fixes it the same visit where the part is on the van, and tells you the figure before touching anything. | Anyone, contract or not | Within four hours, any hour, all year |
| `GC-LEAK` | Leak or burst | Isolate first, repair second. Includes tracing a leak under a floor with cameras rather than lifting the whole room. | Anyone | Within two hours for anything actively running |
| `GC-SERV` | Annual service | The proper hour-long one: combustion tested, seals checked, condensate cleared, and a written report you can hand a landlord or a buyer. | All plans | Booked within ten working days |
